Before you choose a plan.

Is there a free trial?

No. Plans start at $15 a month with no long-term contract, so you can start small and cancel anytime from your dashboard.

What is the difference between Basic and Business?

Basic covers professional, secure meetings for one room and includes 5 media elements (slides, video, images, audio and sound effects). Business unlocks all 20 elements, including CTA banners, checkout, product cards, polls, spin wheel, lead capture, QR codes, auctions and contracts, plus webinars, live streaming, five parallel rooms, the full branding suite and every AI feature: the Element Copilot, meeting notes and summaries, captions with translation, chat summaries, the AI chat assistant, AI clips and AI backgrounds.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for the year up front and get two months free: $150 a year for Basic (about $12.50 a month) or $500 a year for Business (about $41.67 a month).

Do you charge per user?

No. R-Link is priced per account. Business includes five rooms that run at the same time, each with its own host, so five people can each run their own meeting, webinar or stream for $50 a month. Need more? Extra rooms are $10 a month each.

Can I add more rooms, attendees or storage later?

Yes. Add-ons are month-to-month: extra rooms, webinar audience packs, more storage, the AI Suite for Basic, a Compliance Pack, and White-Glove ($199/month) or White-Glove Plus ($499/month) support.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly plans aren’t refundable, but you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Annual plans can get a prorated refund for the unused time if you cancel within 30 days of purchase or renewal. See our Terms of Service for details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or hidden fees. Cancel directly from your dashboard.

Can I resell R-Link under my own brand?
