4. Connected Third-Party Accounts

R-Link allows users to connect certain third-party services to enhance the functionality of the Services.

These integrations are optional and are enabled only with your authorization.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize R-Link to access only the information necessary to provide the functionality you request.

Examples include:

• Calendar providers
• Identity providers
• Productivity platforms
• Payment providers
• Other supported integrations

We request only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.

You may disconnect supported integrations at any time through your account settings (where available) or through the third-party provider's account permissions.

Disconnecting an integration prevents future synchronization. Certain records necessary to maintain meetings, transactions, or legal obligations may remain within R-Link or the third-party service.

Each connected provider maintains its own privacy policy and terms of service.

5. Google API Services User Data

This section applies only if you choose to connect your Google Account to R-Link.

R-Link provides an optional Google Calendar integration to help users manage meetings and webinars within R-Link Studio.

The integration uses Google's secure OAuth authorization process and requests only the permissions necessary to provide the functionality you authorize.

Information We Access

When authorized by you, R-Link may access:

• Your Google account email address;
• The calendars available within your Google account;
• The calendar you choose to use with R-Link; and
• Information necessary to create, update, and delete calendar events generated by R-Link.

R-Link does not import or store your existing Google Calendar history, existing calendar events, or complete calendar feed.

How We Use Google Calendar Information

Google Calendar information is used solely to:

• Display available calendars;
• Allow you to select a calendar;
• Create R-Link meeting and webinar events;
• Update those events when information changes; and
• Delete those events at your direction.

Google Calendar information is not used for advertising, marketing, behavioral profiling, audience targeting, or unrelated analytics.

Information We Retain

To maintain the authorized integration, R-Link retains only the minimum information necessary, including:

• Encrypted OAuth authorization credentials;
• Google account email address;
• Selected calendar identifier;
• Calendar event identifiers for events created by R-Link; and
• Meeting identifiers or links necessary to manage those events.

R-Link does not retain copies of your existing Google Calendar events or calendar history.

Artificial Intelligence

Google Calendar information is never transmitted to artificial intelligence models.

Google Workspace data obtained through Google APIs is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Disconnecting Google Calendar

You may disconnect your Google Calendar integration at any time.

When disconnected:

• OAuth credentials are revoked and deleted;
• Future synchronization stops immediately;
• Events previously created by R-Link remain in your Google Calendar unless you remove them; and
• R-Link may retain minimal metadata necessary to maintain meeting records and platform functionality.

Google API Services User Data Policy

R-Link's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google API data is not:

• Sold;
• Used for advertising;
• Used for marketing;
• Used for user profiling;
• Shared except to provide the requested functionality or as required by law; or
• Used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

6. How We Use Your Information

R-Link uses personal information only for legitimate business purposes related to providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services. We process personal information only where we have a lawful basis to do so, including with your consent, to perform our contractual obligations, to comply with applicable laws, or to pursue legitimate business interests where permitted by law.

Providing the Services

• Deliver meetings, webinars, collaboration features, and related functionality.

R-Link does not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only when necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or with your authorization.

If R-Link participates in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction in accordance with applicable law.

• Calendar event identifiers created by R-Link;
• Meeting identifiers and related links.

R-Link does not retain copies of your existing Google Calendar history or calendar events.

When you disconnect Google Calendar:

• Future synchronization ends immediately;
• Previously created calendar events remain in your Google Calendar unless you remove them;
• R-Link may retain minimal meeting metadata necessary to maintain platform records and support existing meetings.

Security & Diagnostic Information

Security logs and diagnostic information may be retained for limited periods to:

• Detect fraud;
• Investigate incidents;
• Improve platform reliability;
• Meet legal requirements.

Aggregated Information

R-Link may retain aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify an individual for business analysis, product improvement, security analysis, and operational reporting.

Information obtained through Google API Services is retained and used only in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Deletion Requests

Where permitted by applicable law, you may request deletion of your personal information.

Verified deletion requests will be honored unless retention is necessary for legal, regulatory, contractual, security, or operational reasons.

Certain information, including records maintained on public blockchains, cannot be deleted by R-Link.

Authorization credentials are stored securely and used solely to maintain the authorized connection.

When you disconnect a supported integration, R-Link revokes and removes the associated authorization credentials as part of the disconnection process.

No Absolute Security

Although we implement commercially reasonable safeguards, no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing electronic information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
