R-Link vs. Google Meet

Google Meet runs your team.
R-Link runs your sales events.

If your company lives in Gmail, Docs and Calendar, Meet is already there and it’s good at internal calls. When the meeting is a pitch, a webinar or a launch, R-Link puts the offer, the checkout and the sign-up on screen.

An honest take

Which one is right for you?

Keep Google Meet for…

  • Internal team calls and quick check-ins.
  • Meetings that start from a Calendar invite and live next to your Docs.
  • Anything where nobody needs to buy, book or sign.

Choose R-Link if…

  • Discovery sessions, webinars and launches that end with an offer.
  • You want polls, sign-ups and checkout in the same room.
  • You want to stream the same event to YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • You want your offer on screen, not buried in chat.
“To me, it is the best conversion platform. To be able to scroll and click on a link while a presenter is still presenting, is remarkable.”

“I love that I can drop clickable links during meetings where people can visit my site or make a purchase while we’re still talking.”

Questions

Using R-Link alongside Google Meet.

Do I have to stop using Google Meet?

No. Most teams keep Google Workspace for email, docs and internal calls, and use R-Link for the events where they sell, teach or raise money.

Do guests need a Google account?

Not for R-Link. Guests open your room link in their browser, type a display name and join.

Is R-Link cheaper than Google Meet?

Not if you only need internal calls: Meet is bundled with Google Workspace. R-Link is priced for selling live. Business is $50 a month for five rooms running at once, with webinars up to 1,000 attendees, live streaming and every element.
