These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and R-Link LLC (“R-Link,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and govern your use of R-Link Studio, our websites, apps and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The Services
R-Link Studio lets you host meetings, webinars and live streams and add interactive elements, such as calls to action, polls, lead capture, QR codes, checkout, auctions, contracts and media, as well as recording, transcription and AI features. Features depend on your plan, which is described on our Pricing page. We may add, change or remove features over time; if we remove a core feature of a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members you add.
- Tell us promptly at support@r-link.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Guests can join a Host’s event without an account; these Terms still apply to their use of the Services.
3. Plans, Billing and Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, and your payment method is charged unless you cancel before the renewal date. For annual plans, we send a reminder before renewal.
- Plan changes. If you upgrade or switch plans, the change takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period.
- Add-ons are billed as described when you buy them.
- Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price increase, and it will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before it takes effect.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.
- Taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless stated; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
- No free trial. R-Link does not offer free trials. Paid plans begin on the date of purchase.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, online, from Account › Billing & Usage in your dashboard, or by emailing support@r-link.com. When you cancel, your plan does not renew and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. You may also pause your plan where that option is offered. If your subscription is managed by a reseller or agency, cancellation is handled through them.
5. Refunds
- Monthly plans are non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
- Annual plans. If you cancel within 30 days of your annual purchase or renewal date, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of the year. After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable and you keep access until the end of the annual term.
- Payments are otherwise non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused features and downgrades, except where required by law.
To request a refund, email support@r-link.com from the email on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.
6. Your Content
You own the content you create, upload or record in the Services, including presentations, elements, recordings and transcripts (“Your Content”). You give R-Link a limited license to host, store, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to provide and improve the Services and as you direct (for example, when you share a recording or stream to another platform). You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.
7. Recordings, Transcripts and AI Features
- Consent and notice. R-Link Studio can record meetings and automatically transcribes them. As a Host, you are responsible for giving participants any notice and obtaining any consent that the law requires before recording, transcribing or translating them.
- AI features. AI features (such as notes, summaries, clips and translation) are processed by our service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; review it before relying on it.
- Sharing. You control share links, downloads and replay visibility. Content you make public can be viewed by anyone with the link.
8. Selling and Collecting Information Through Elements
- Payments to you. Payments you accept through checkout and similar elements are processed by Stripe through your own connected Stripe account. You are the seller of record, and you are responsible for your products and services, pricing, taxes, fulfillment, refunds and customer service. Stripe’s terms apply to your use of Stripe.
- Attendee information. When you collect information from attendees (for example, through lead capture, registration, polls or contracts), you are responsible for doing so lawfully, including having a privacy notice and any required consent, and for how you use that information. We process it on your behalf to provide the Services.
- Contracts and e-signatures. The contract element is a tool to present and collect signatures on documents you provide. R-Link is not a party to those agreements and does not provide legal advice.
- Messages. If you use the Services to send SMS or email, you are responsible for obtaining recipients’ consent and complying with applicable messaging laws.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- Record or transcribe people without legally required notice or consent;
- Share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence;
- Run scams, misleading offers, unlawful sales or unregistered investment offerings;
- Send spam or unsolicited messages;
- Upload malware, probe or disrupt the Services, or bypass security or plan limits; or
- Resell or provide the Services to others except through an authorized program.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services work with third-party services you choose to connect, such as streaming platforms, calendars, CRMs, webhooks and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them. Live streams you send to other platforms must follow those platforms’ rules.
11. Digital Rewards and the Rally Blockchain
R-Link Studio runs on the Rally Blockchain, a network governed by its community of node owners. Any digital rewards associated with participation are generated and distributed by the Rally Blockchain through a decentralized community process, not by R-Link. R-Link does not sell tokens or digital rewards and does not offer investment products. Digital rewards may have no value outside the ecosystem and may lose all value. Rewards features may change or be discontinued. Please read our Disclaimers & Disclosures and the Rally Charter before participating.
12. Affiliate Program
If you join our affiliate program, additional program terms apply, including how commissions are earned and paid. You must disclose your relationship with R-Link when you promote it, as required by law.
13. Intellectual Property
R-Link and its licensors own the Services, including the software, design, templates and trademarks. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription, subject to these Terms. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Services except as allowed by law. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create risk or legal exposure for R-Link or others, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and dispute terms) will survive.
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R-LINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR SALES, REVENUE OR BUSINESS RESULT.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R-LINK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. R-LINK’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID R-LINK FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify R-Link against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your products and sales, your collection or use of attendee information, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
18. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@r-link.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and R-Link consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Services at least 15 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
20. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order or program terms, are the entire agreement between you and R-Link about the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
