The short answer
Record the webinar, then send the replay link to everyone who registered, ideally automatically once the session ends. In R-Link Studio, turn on Replay Email in your webinar’s settings, require registration to watch the replay, and set an optional expiration date so people have a reason to watch soon.
Why the replay matters
Plenty of people who register never make it to the live session. The replay is your second chance to reach them, and it only works if it lands in their inbox while they still remember signing up.
Keeping the replay for registered viewers turns it into a reason to sign up, and an expiration date gives people a reason to watch now instead of someday.
How to share a webinar replay, step by step
- 1
Schedule it as a webinar
In your dashboard, open Schedule and click Schedule a session, then choose a webinar so people register before it starts.
- 2
Record the session
Record while you’re live. Recordings are saved to your R-Link recordings library.
- 3
Turn on the Replay Email
Open the webinar, go to Settings, then Emails, and turn on Replay Email. It goes out after the webinar with the replay link.
- 4
Keep it for registrants
In Settings, under Registration, turn on Require registration to watch replay, so only people who registered can watch.
- 5
Set an expiration date
In the same Emails section, add a Replay Expiration Date if you want the replay to close. A clear deadline gives people a reason to watch this week.
- 6
Keep selling in the replay
Mention your offer in the session, and follow up with people who watched. Check Replay Views in the webinar’s Analytics to see who came back.
